Warranty

Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in the custom glass shower enclosures manufactured and installed by Rez Glass Industries (the “Company”). This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the custom glass shower enclosures and is not transferable.

Duration: This warranty is effective for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.

Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at the discretion of the Company, of any custom glass shower enclosure that fails due to a defect in material or workmanship. This includes all hardware, silicone, leaks, sagging doors, and sweeps. This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, or accidental breakage.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, or accidental breakage. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any damages or losses resulting from the failure of the custom glass shower enclosure, including any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Procedure for Making a Warranty Claim: To make a claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must contact the Company in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect. The written claim must include a description of the defect, the date of installation, and proof of purchase. The Company will investigate the claim and, if it is determined that the custom glass shower enclosure is covered under this warranty, the Company will repair or replace the shower enclosure at no cost to the original purchaser.
